Telescope was founded in 2020, as the country was healing from the pandemic and in a very uncertain market. In our maiden year, the company made a significant impact, securing its first opportunity, submitting an application and obtaining a consent for 86 units in Essex. Since then, we’ve gone on to manage and oversee a variety of planning and property opportunities. Including, securing approval for a 16-acre commercial site, comprising of seven industrial plots in Purfleet and promoting a 28-acre site for residential development in Corringham, Thurrock.
We’ve also played a key role in various transactions, offering services that include transaction support, raising debt and equity, securing development finance, facilitating land sales, securing end users, transaction structuring to make the opportunity viable for all parties, land acquisition and identifying new opportunities.
